Measure the movement space
The stored footprint is only part of the problem. Consider the space to pick up equipment, complete the movement and set it down. Overhead clearance, floor stability and access routes belong in the decision.
Buy for the next routine
List the movements your routine actually requires before shopping. A pair of adjustable dumbbells may cover several needs, but handle shape, minimum load and adjustment steps can make a specific model unsuitable.
Keep a maintenance habit
Inspect equipment and replace damaged components according to the maker. For elastic bands, examine the full length and anchor arrangement before loading. A product shelf is a starting point for checking instructions, not a safety certification.
