Highlighted regions indicate broad primary and supporting roles. They are not scans, pain maps or measurements of your muscle activation. They cannot diagnose why a movement feels uncomfortable.
Match the demonstration to your task
Two licensed real demonstrations are currently available. Other profiles use written cues and educational diagrams. A still image does not establish safe technique; seek individual instruction where a general description is insufficient.
