THE FIELD GUIDES

Exercise technique & movement atlas

Read setup cues, explore muscle roles and distinguish a useful illustration from an individual assessment.

Begin with the setup

Choose the exact exercise and equipment. The atlas separates the starting position, movement cues and common adjustments. A similar-looking movement may have a different support position or load path.

Use the muscle map as a guide

Highlighted regions indicate broad primary and supporting roles. They are not scans, pain maps or measurements of your muscle activation. They cannot diagnose why a movement feels uncomfortable.

Match the demonstration to your task

Two licensed real demonstrations are currently available. Other profiles use written cues and educational diagrams. A still image does not establish safe technique; seek individual instruction where a general description is insufficient.
