Our questions are informed by US English keyword-volume and Google-result research using DataForSEO and SerpApi. Search popularity helps identify questions; it does not establish that an answer or health claim is correct.
Calculators with visible assumptions
Formula pages explain their units, eligible populations, input limits and sources. Maintenance calories use a resting-energy equation plus an explicitly chosen activity assumption. Formula disagreement is not presented as a confidence interval.
Food calculations use 17 curated USDA SR Legacy foods from the final April 2018 release, retrieved in September 2026. We preserve preparation states and offer a custom label option. Values are estimates and do not assess complete dietary adequacy.
Product selection and money
Products should solve an identifiable practical need. A comparison should consider fit, price on a consistent basis, usability, available evidence and material limitations. Affiliate commission must not determine the editorial verdict.
No supplement lab test or comparative equipment test has been carried out for this preview. A future hands-on review must state the exact product, method, dates and supporting observations.
What our images show
The photographic editorial scenes in this edition were created with Higgsfield. They illustrate training environments and a meal; they do not document a product test, a real client, or exact ingredient quantities.
The muscle maps are simplified educational illustrations with primary and supporting roles, not scans or measured activation. Two attributed, licensed real exercise videos appear with the relevant movements; broader paired demonstrator coverage is still in production. We do not use generated before-and-after bodies or invented athlete endorsements.
