A useful correction identifies the page, the exact statement and an original source or reproducible calculation. We review factual claims separately from a reader’s personal preference or a different training context.
Make material changes visible.
When a correction changes an answer, recommendation or formula, we update the relevant explanation and its revision note. A formatting repair does not create a claim that the underlying research was reviewed again.
